Common use of Transition Cooperation and Cooperation with other Contractors Clause in Contracts

Transition Cooperation and Cooperation with other Contractors. Contractor agrees that upon termination of this Contract for any reason, it shall provide sufficient efforts and cooperation to ensure an orderly and efficient transition of services to the State or another contractor.
