Common use of Transit Services Clause in Contracts

Transit Services. 13.1 During the Term, the Municipality will, with its partner [provincial or regional transit company] and operators, provide Transit Services to the First Nation [number of days] per week as outlined by the Transit Schedule attached to this Agreement as Schedule [insert name of Schedule]. 13.2 The Municipality will be responsible for all personnel providing the Transit Service covered under this Agreement. 13.3 Co-ordination of the provision of Transit Services to be provided with the Municipal or Reserve boundaries shall be the responsibility of the Municipality which includes all residents’ inquiries complaints and complaint resolutions unless beyond the scope of Transit Services outlined in Section 13. The First Nation agrees to expend all reasonable efforts in supporting this coordination function.
