Common use of Transfers that Are Exempt from Transfer Limitations Clause in Contracts

Transfers that Are Exempt from Transfer Limitations. The following Transfers are exempt from transfer limitations if the Transferee, within thirty (30) days following the effective date of the change in equitable or lessee interest, completes and signs all forms and agreements then required by us, and pays to us all unpaid dues, fees, assessments, and charges owed to us by the Transferor which are not then paid by the Transferor; and within such thirty (30) days, or under such more liberal schedules as we may determine, brings the Hotel to a condition which meets all of our Standards, policies and requirements which would have been applicable to the Transferor. We may establish reasonable fees to cover our reasonable costs of any such transfer.
