Transfer of Evaluation Products for Testing. Upon an election by Content Provider to become a production licensee on Exhibit A, each Licensor grants, and shall cause its Affiliates (if any) that have the right to license any Necessary Claims to grant, to Content Provider a nonexclusive, nontransferable (except as provided in Section 11.4), nonsublicensable, revocable, worldwide license under its or their respective Necessary Claims for Content Provider to transfer Evaluation Licensed Content Products and Evaluation AACS Online Services to an Adopter, a Fellow Content Provider or Content Participant solely for purposes of evaluation or testing. Upon an election by Content Provider to become a production licensee on Exhibit A, AACS LA grants to Content Provider a nonexclusive, nontransferable (except as provided in Section 11.4), nonsublicensable, revocable, worldwide license under those trade secrets and copyrights embodied in the Specifications and Evaluation Keys to Content Provider a nonexclusive, nontransferable (except as provided in Section 11.4), nonsublicensable, revocable, worldwide license under its or their respective Necessary Claims for Content Provider to transfer Evaluation Licensed Content Products and Evaluation AACS Online Services to an Adopter, a Fellow Content Provider or Content Participant solely for purposes of evaluation or testing.
