Transfer Agent and Shareholder Services Addendum for The Xxxxx Funds This Transfer Agent and Shareholder Services Addendum, dated March 1, 2022, is between The Xxxxx Funds (the “Trust”), on its own behalf and on behalf of the Funds listed on Schedule A to that certain Master Services Agreement, dated March 1, 2022, and Ultimus Fund Solutions, LLC (“Ultimus”). Transfer Agent and Shareholder Services Addendum for Flat Rock Core Plus Fund This Transfer Agent and Shareholder Services Addendum, dated August 11, 2022, is between Flat Rock Core Plus Fund (the “Fund”) and Ultimus Fund Solutions, LLC (“Ultimus”) and supplements that certain Master Services Agreement dated August 11, 2022 by and between the Fund and Ultimus (the “Agreement”). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Agreement.

Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Master Services Agreement.
