Common use of Transcripts Clause in Contracts

Transcripts. The University will retain a court reporter to create a transcript of any hearing conducted under Section 10.d of this Article, with the exception of deliberations of the committee or the deliberations of the Board of Trustees held in Executive Session. A copy of the hearing transcript and record will be provided to the faculty member free of charge.
