Training Programs for Occupational Health and Safety Committee Members. (a) The Employer will provide training for all Occupational Health and Safety Committee members pursuant to the Workers Compensation Act and Occupational Health and Safety Regulations. (b) The program shall, at a minimum, reflect the requirements and standards for a health and safety program recommended by the Workers' Compensation Board.
