Training Program Opportunities. (1) The parties shall discuss the development, administration and oversight of program(s) for on-the-job training within the motion picture industry in the various job classifications covered by the IATSE Area Standards Agreement. The goal of the training program(s) shall be to enhance employment for individuals who are under-represented in this industry. The types of training programs established may vary depending on the experience of the candidates and the requirements of the classification for which the training is provided.
