Common use of Training Hours Clause in Contracts

Training Hours. a) Full-time staff will have mandatory training sessions scheduled within their forty (40) hours of work. b) Full-time reduced staff and part-time staff will include the mandatory training hours as part of their hours for the purpose of the call-in procedure and extension. These mandatory training hours will be included as seniority hours and will not exceed forty (40) hours per week.
