Training Hours. Official time for training for union representatives may be locally negotiated in accordance with Article 4 of this CMLA. Training for union officials on 100% official time will not count against any training hours negotiated for other union representatives.

Training Hours. ‌ Any outside training hours (Learning Store/Private Learning Institutions) are not considered part of the schedule. Initial cashier training of twenty-five (25) hours is not considered part of the schedule. Employees may waive their availability status in order to attend off-site training, cashier training and the new hire orientation program.
