Training and Development. 10.7.1 Employees will undertake training as required by the Employer to ensure they have the skills and competencies needed to perform all of the tasks required. In particular, employees are expected to complete the Peri Peri Uni online training curriculum within three months of the commencement of employment and, thereafter, undertake refresher training each twelve months.
