Mobility and Secondments. 15.4.1 The parties acknowledge the potential development opportunities for: a) Employees being able to undertake temporary positions at their substantive or higher remuneration level; and b) Existing employees of the agency or employees of other agencies within the portfolio grouping of agencies to fill a vacancy on a temporary or ongoing basis as a learning or development opportunity.
