Common use of TRAINING AND CONSULTANCY Clause in Contracts

TRAINING AND CONSULTANCY. 5.1 Subject to the Client‘s compliance with the terms of this Agreement SSLP Group Ltd undertakes to provide training and consultancy for the Client’s employees in the installation, reinstallation and/or use of the Software at such dates, times and locations as may be mutually agreed in writing between SSLP Group Ltd or one of its Partners (as applicable) and the Client, in accordance with its standard scale of charges from time to time in force as detailed in the Schedule on page 2.
