Training Administrator. (1) The TR is nominated by the Co-ordinator to help with the organisation of the training aspects of the Project. In accordance with the Contract, Annex I, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ is nominated as the initial TR. (2) The main tasks of the TR are defined in the Contract, Annex I. Namely, the TR is responsible for: • Supervision of the training procedures and their contents • Regular reports to the Co-ordinator about the TR's activities • Overall management of the recruitment process • Survey of the individual Career Plans • Co-ordination of network activities in connection with training (eg. Intensive courses, summer schools, conferences) • Verification of the availability of infrastructure for trainees • Reward the efforts and achievements of the young researchers • Contact person for fellows and SICs (3) The TR will ensure that the SICs will send the required annual reports on training activities done in the previous twelve months to the Co-ordinator at least thirty (30) days ahead of the deadline to insure the timely assembly and transmission to the Commission by the Co-ordinator.
Training Administrator. 3.1.1.1 Cell Dogs has sole responsibility for selecting the dogs for the program. 3.1.1.2 Screen and select canine candidates from OC Animal Care and other local shelter and rescue organizations. 3.1.1.3 Contractor to submit background check requests for all staff assigned to perform services under the MOU, as well as submit updated background check requests to renew clearances if and when needed. 3.1.1.4 In conjunction with staff from Orange County Sheriff’s Department, match county inmates with canine candidates; 3.1.1.5 Conduct an initial four (4)-week training period with selected county inmates in a group or classroom setting, as set forth in Exhibit 1.0 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; 3.1.1.6 Upon successful completion of the initial four (4)-week training period, continue with a subsequent 8-10 week training period with selected county inmates and canine candidates in a group or classroom setting, as set forth in Exhibit 2.0 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; and 3.1.1.7 Upon successful completion of both Phase I and Phase II training periods: 3.1.1.7.1 Certify canine candidates as adoptable to the general public through Cell Dogs, Inc.
Training Administrator. 3.1.1.1 Screen and select Juvenile Wards for the program with the assistance of the Project Manager; 3.1.1.2 Screen and select canine candidates from OC SHELTER for temperament, behavior, and future adoptability, in lieu of being destroyed; 3.1.1.3 In collaboration with staff from YLA, match Juvenile Wards with canine candidates; 3.1.1.4 Conduct an initial four-week training period with Juvenile Wards in a group or classroom setting, as set forth in Exhibit 1.0 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; 3.1.1.5 Upon successful completion of the initial four-week training period, continue with a subsequent three-month training period with Juvenile Wards and canine candidates in a group or classroom setting, as set forth in Exhibit 2.0 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; and 3.1.1.6 Upon successful completion of both Phase I and Phase II training periods: 3.1.1.6.1 Certify canine candidates as adoptable to the general public through the PAW Program.
