Common use of Trainer Assignment Clause in Contracts

Trainer Assignment. Effective July 1, 1998, the parties agree that any non supervisory employee who is assigned to the position of trainer for an apprentice program, or a long-term employee training program, shall receive a premium payment of 7%5% added to their base wage. Management has the right to determine the number of employees who will receive this training differential.
