Trainer Assignment Sample Clauses

The Trainer Assignment clause defines how trainers are designated or allocated to provide services under the agreement. Typically, it outlines the process by which the service provider assigns specific trainers to the client, and may specify criteria such as qualifications, experience, or the right of the client to approve or request changes to assigned trainers. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of who will deliver the training, helping to manage expectations and avoid disputes over trainer suitability or availability.
