Trade Adjustments. 9.9.1. Customers must be aware that transactions on CFDs and FX carry a high degree of risk. The amount of initial margin may be small relative to the value of the position so that transactions are ‘leveraged’ or ‘geared’. A relatively small market movement may have a proportionately larger impact on the funds that the Customer has deposited or will have to deposit. This may work against as well as for the customer.
