TRACK ASSIGNMENTS. 27.4.5.1 The administrator shall have the authority and obligation to post, in writing, the number of allocations for each grade level and track.
27.4.5.2 Licensed staff shall place, in writing, their preference for grade level and track selection.
TRACK ASSIGNMENTS. 19.9.1 Unit members will be assigned to track (1st year) by the Assistant Superintendent/Coordinator using the following procedure:
a) After identifying grade level, bilingual/migrant and other track level needs, the Assistant Superintendent/Coordinator will develop a corresponding master calendar and then hold meetings by grade level or groupings to discuss track preferences.
b) If mutual agreement is reached, the unit member’s track assignment selection shall stand.
c) If mutual agreement cannot be reached by the unit members or track schedule requirements have not been met, the initial track assignment will be made by the Assistant Superintendent/Coordinator using the following criteria: - Training - Experience in grade level - Experience at the school site - Track assignment of spouse if assigned to YRE - Track assignment of child(ren) if enrolled in YRE - Length of service and performance within MCOE - If all things still remain equal, the Assistant Superintendent/Coordinator will determine track placement
19.9.2 If an employee does not agree, the employee has three (3) working days to appeal (in writing) the decision to the Assistant Superintendent, Human Resources, whose decision shall be final.
19.9.3 Track assignments for the following year shall be completed by the Assistant Superintendent/Coordinator as soon as possible after districts make information available.
TRACK ASSIGNMENTS. 1. Whenever possible, employees shall have a choice of track assignment.
2. Employees who are not assigned to the track of their choice may appeal the assignment to the District Superintendent within three (3) working days after the employee received the assignment. The Superintendent’s decision shall be in writing within five (5) working days from receipt for the appeal.
3. Unit members may request a change of tracks. Such requests are subject to the approval of the Principal and the Superintendent.
TRACK ASSIGNMENTS. 5.1 Upon request, the District shall assign the children of unit members to the same track on which the unit member is assigned.
5.2 Upon request, the District will make every effort to have classified spouses working in the District assigned to the same track.
5.3 Paraprofessionals will be consulted regarding track assignments. If agreement cannot be reached, the site administrator will make assignments based on the same criteria as in the current transfer policy of the collaborative bargaining agreement. Rationale shall be provided in written form to involved classified employees.
TRACK ASSIGNMENTS. Track assignments are counted from Track 1 upward to the highest numbered track unless otherwise specified. Track assignments must be consistent for all film reels. Digital Units – Track Assignments Dolby® MO and DTS® CDs: Dolby® MO and DTS® CDs are additional, separate delivery items. Discrete Theatrical Printmasters must be delivered for all applicable release formats. QC: All digital units must be 100% Quality checked against the picture for sync, dropouts, distortion, hum and static. Music & Effects tracks must be phased checked against printmasters for sync. The relative time relationship of the Music & Effects tracks must agree with the printmaster in both filled and non-filled areas. The film production is responsible for supplying correct elements and insuring quality. Printmasters (Discrete): Each printmaster should be in its own Pro Tools 4.3 session. 5.1 Home Theater: L, C, R, LS, RS, Sub TV 5.1: L, R, C, Sub, LS, RS (This is the Dolby® E and AC3 configuration.) Discrete 2-Track SR printmaster: Lt, Rt with SR noise reduction and 3dB lower in level (standard SR printmaster spec) Home Theater, Airline or TV 2 track printmaster: Lt, Rt with no noise reduction at 0 level on Tracks 1+2 or 7+8, in a separate pro-tools 4.3 session than the 5.1 printmaster.

b. Seniority in the district
c. Instructional requirements
d. Program requirements
e. Preference of the unit member
