Track Access Agreement Termination. Termination of the Track Access Agreement unless the [Beneficiary] [Train Operator who is to operate trains on behalf of the Beneficiary] [DELETE ONE] shall become a party to an access agreement in relation to track which is contiguous to the Station on or before the date which is not later than 30 days after the termination of the Track Access Agreement (any such agreement being thereafter treated as the Track Access Agreement);
