STATION ACCESS CONDITIONS Clause Samples
The Station Access Conditions clause defines the terms under which parties are permitted to enter and use a particular station or facility. It typically outlines requirements such as advance notice, permitted hours of access, safety protocols, and any restrictions on activities within the station. By clearly specifying these conditions, the clause helps prevent unauthorized entry, ensures operational safety, and clarifies the responsibilities of all parties involved in accessing the station.
