Touting Sample Clauses

The Touting clause prohibits parties from making public statements or endorsements that promote or advertise their involvement in the agreement or relationship. In practice, this means that neither party can use the other’s name, logo, or association for marketing, press releases, or other promotional activities without prior written consent. This clause serves to protect the reputation and confidentiality of the parties, ensuring that neither is used for unsolicited publicity or commercial gain.
