Total Fixed Charge Ratio. The Parent shall maintain at the end of each Rolling Period (a) for the Rolling Periods ending on September 30, 1998 to September 30, 1999, a Total Fixed Charge Ratio of not less than 1.75 to 1.0, (b) for the Rolling Periods ending on December 31, 1999 to September 30, 2000, a Total Fixed Charge Ratio of not less than 2.0 to 1.0, and (c) for any Rolling Period thereafter, a Total Fixed Charge Ratio of not less than 2.25 to 1.0.
