Fixed Charges Ratio. Permit the ratio of Net Earnings Available for Fixed Charges to Fixed Charges for any fiscal quarter of the Capital Corporation and its consolidated Subsidiaries (including the last quarter of any fiscal year of the Capital Corporation and its consolidated Subsidiaries) to be less than 1.05 to 1.
Fixed Charges Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charges Ratio to be less than 1.00 to 1 as at the last day of any fiscal quarter of each fiscal year.
Fixed Charges Ratio. The Company will not permit the Fixed Charges Ratio to be less than 1.10 to 1 at any time.
Fixed Charges Ratio. The Company will not permit the Fixed Charges Ratio as at the last day of any fiscal quarter to be less than or equal to 1.05 to 1.

Fixed Charges Ratio. Section 9.12 of the Letter of Credit Agreement is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows:

Deere shall make income maintenance payments to JDCC, constituting additions to the pre-tax income of JDCC, to the extent that such payments are necessary to cause the ratio of Net Earnings Available for Fixed Charges to Fixed Charges of JDCC and consolidated affiliates (determined on a consolidated basis and in accordance with GAAP) to be not less than 1.05 for each JDCC fiscal quarter.
Fixed Charges Ratio. Alamosa Delaware will not permit the ratio of (i) Annualized EBITDA to (ii) Consolidated Fixed Charges for any period of four consecutive fiscal quarters ending on or after March 31, 2003 to be less than 1.10 to 1.00.
