Total Leverage Ratio Clause Samples
Total Leverage Ratio. The Borrowers will not permit the Total Leverage Ratio on the last day of any fiscal quarter to exceed 3.75 to 1.00.
Total Leverage Ratio. As of any fiscal quarter end, permit the Total Leverage Ratio to exceed the corresponding ratio set forth below: March 31, 2008 3.25:1.00 June 30, 2008 3.00:1.00 September 30, 2008 2.75:1.00 December 31, 2008 2.50:1.00 March 31, 2009 and June 30, 2009 2.25:1.00 September 30, 2009 1.95:1.00 December 31, 2009 1.85:1.00 March 31, 2010 and each fiscal quarter end thereafter 1.75:1.00
Total Leverage Ratio. Permit the Total Leverage Ratio, as of the last day of any Fiscal Quarter, to be greater than 0.60 to 1.00.
Total Leverage Ratio. As of the last day of each fiscal quarter of the Borrower ending during the relevant period set forth below, the Borrower shall not permit the Total Leverage Ratio to be greater than the corresponding ratio set forth opposite such period:
Total Leverage Ratio. Have a Total Leverage Ratio, measured on a quarter-end basis, of not greater than the applicable ratio set forth in the following table for the applicable date set forth opposite thereto:
Total Leverage Ratio. The Borrower shall not permit the Total Leverage Ratio to be greater than 3.00 to 1.00 as of the end of any Fiscal Quarter, commencing with the Fiscal Quarter ending on or after December 31, 2022.
Total Leverage Ratio. Borrower shall not permit the Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of any Fiscal Quarter, beginning with the Fiscal Quarter ending September 30, 2013, to exceed the correlative ratio indicated:
Total Leverage Ratio. The Borrowers will not permit the Total Leverage Ratio on the last day of any fiscal quarter (a) ending during the period from and including March 31, 2016 through and including September 30, 2016, to exceed 8.00 to 1.00, (b) ending on December 31, 2016, to exceed 6.00 to 1.00, (c) ending during the period from and including March 31, 2017 through and including December 31, 2017, to exceed 4.25 to 1.00 and (d) ending on or after March 31, 2018, to exceed 3.75 to 1.00.
Total Leverage Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of any Testing Period of the Borrower, beginning with the fiscal quarter ending January 31, 2022, to exceed the Maximum Total Leverage Ratio.
Total Leverage Ratio.
