Total Leverage Ratio Clause Samples
Total Leverage Ratio. The Borrowers will not permit the Total Leverage Ratio on the last day of any fiscal quarter to exceed 3.75 to 1.00.
Total Leverage Ratio. Permit the Total Leverage Ratio, as of the last day of any Fiscal Quarter, to be greater than 0.60 to 1.00.
Total Leverage Ratio. As of the last day of each fiscal quarter of the Borrower ending during the relevant period set forth below, the Borrower shall not permit the Total Leverage Ratio to be greater than the corresponding ratio set forth opposite such period:
Total Leverage Ratio. Have a Total Leverage Ratio, measured on a quarter-end basis, of not greater than the applicable ratio set forth in the following table for the applicable date set forth opposite thereto:
Total Leverage Ratio. The Borrower shall not permit its Total Leverage Ratio at any time to exceed 3.50 to 1.00.
Total Leverage Ratio. As of the last day of each fiscal quarter commencing with the first full fiscal quarter following the Effective Date, the Parent Borrower shall not permit the Total Leverage Ratio to exceed 4.00 to 1.00.
Total Leverage Ratio. Borrower shall not permit the Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of any Fiscal Quarter, beginning with the Fiscal Quarter ending September 30, 2013, to exceed the correlative ratio indicated:

Total Leverage Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of any Testing Period of the Borrower, beginning with the fiscal quarter ending January 31, 2022, to exceed the Maximum Total Leverage Ratio.
Total Leverage Ratio. As of the last day of each fiscal quarter, the Borrower will not permit the Total Leverage Ratio, for any period of four consecutive fiscal quarters ending on the last day of such fiscal quarter, to exceed 7.00 to 1.00.
