Common use of Total Fee Clause in Contracts

Total Fee. City agrees to pay Consultant an amount not to exceed Two hundred thirty- two thousand, one hundred dollars ($232,100), including reimbursable expenses. The fee is based on the performance of the Services, and shall be billed using rates and reimbursable expenses as set forth in Exhibit A. All work shall be completed on or before July 8, 2016. If any additional services beyond the Services outlined in Exhibit A are deemed to be necessary, the compensation for said services shall be outlined in a supplemental agreement as required above and shall be billed at the hourly rates set forth in Exhibit B.

All work shall be completed on or before July 8, 20163/31/2009 . If any additional services beyond the Services outlined in Exhibit A are deemed to be necessary, the compensation for said services shall be outlined agreed upon in a supplemental agreement as required above and shall be billed at the hourly rates set forth in Exhibit B.writing by both parties.
