Common use of Total Fee Clause in Contracts

Total Fee. City agrees to pay Consulting Engineer/Architect an amount not to exceed Five Hundred Thirty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Three Dollars ($538,783), including reimbursables. The fee is based on the performance of the scope of services outlined in this Agreement, and shall be billed using hourly rates and equipment charges as set forth in Exhibit B attached herewith, plus direct expenses. All work necessary for completion of Final Design Phase shall be completed on or before November 17, 2003. Payment to Consulting Engineer/Architect shall not exceed the following percentages in each phase of the Project without prior written consent of City: Preliminary Design Phase (57%) Final Design Phase (34%) Bidding Phase (2%) Construction Phase (7%) TOTAL 100 %

The fee is based on the performance of the scope of services outlined in this AgreementExhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, and shall be billed using hourly rates and equipment charges as set forth in Exhibit B attached herewith, plus direct expenses. All work necessary for completion of Final Design Phase shall be completed on or before November 17December 31, 20032027. Payment to Consulting Engineer/Architect shall not exceed the following percentages in each phase of the Project without prior written consent of City: Preliminary Design Phase (57%) 60.8% Final Design Phase (34%) 32.5% Bidding Phase (2%) 0.1% Construction Phase (76.6% TOTAL 100%) TOTAL 100 %

The fee is based on the performance of the scope of services outlined in this Agreement, and shall be billed using hourly rates and equipment charges as set forth in Exhibit B attached herewith, plus direct expenses. All work necessary for completion of Final Design Phase shall be completed on or before November 17June 14, 20032012. Payment to Consulting Engineer/Architect shall not exceed the following percentages in each phase of the Project without prior written consent of City: Preliminary Engineering Study 43% Preliminary Design Phase (57%) 35% Final Design Phase (34%) 13% Bidding Phase (2%) 3% Construction Phase (7%) 6% TOTAL 100 %

All work necessary for completion of Final Design Phase shall be completed on or before November 17September 1, 20032025.
