Common use of Total Fee Clause in Contracts

Total Fee. City agrees to pay Consultant an amount not to exceed Twenty-four Thousand Four Hundred and Eighty-One Dollars ($24,481.00). The fee is based on the performance of the Services. All Services shall be accomplished on or before . If any additional services beyond the Scope of Services outlined herein are deemed to be necessary, the compensation for said services shall be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

The fee is based on the performance of the Services. All Services , and shall be accomplished billed using rates and reimbursable expenses as set forth in Exhibit A. All work shall be completed on or before 3/31/2009 . If any additional services beyond the Scope of Services outlined herein in Exhibit A are deemed to be necessary, the compensation for said services shall be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

The fee is based on the performance of the Services. All Services , and shall be accomplished on or before billed using the cost per phase reimbursement schedule, which include both labor costs and all reimbursable expenses, as set forth in Exhibit B. All work shall be completed prior to January 1, 2014. If any additional services beyond the Scope of Services outlined herein in Exhibit A are deemed to be necessary, the compensation for said services shall be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

The fee is based on the performance of the Services. All Services , and shall be accomplished billed using rates and reimbursable expenses as set forth in Exhibit A. All work shall be completed on or before December 31, 2012. If any additional services beyond the Scope of Services outlined herein in Exhibit A are deemed to be necessary, the compensation for said services shall be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
