Common use of Total Fee Clause in Contracts

Total Fee. City agrees to pay Consulting Engineer/Architect an amount not to exceed Three Hundred Sixty-seven Thousand Seven Hundred Eight and 00/100 Dollars ($367,708.00), including reimbursables. The fee is based on the performance of the scope of services outlined in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, and shall be billed using hourly rates and equipment charges as set forth in Exhibit B attached herewith, plus direct expenses. All work shall be completed on or before September 1, 2025. Payment to Consulting Engineer/Architect shall not exceed the following percentages without prior written consent of City: Preliminary Design Phase 70% Final Design Phase 26% Bidding Phase 2% Construction Phase 2% TOTAL 100%

The fee is based on the performance of the scope of services outlined in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, and shall be billed using hourly rates and equipment charges as set forth in Exhibit B attached herewith, plus direct expenses. All work shall be completed on or before September 1December 31, 20252027. Payment to Consulting Engineer/Architect shall not exceed the following percentages without prior written consent of City: Preliminary Design Phase 7060.8% Final Design Phase 2632.5% Bidding Phase 20.1% Construction Phase 26.6% TOTAL 100%

Total Fee. The fee is based on the performance of the scope of services outlined in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated by reference hereinthis Agreement, and shall be billed using hourly rates and equipment charges as set forth in Exhibit B attached herewith, plus direct expenses. All work necessary for completion of Final Design Phase shall be completed on or before September 1November 17, 20252003.
