Common use of Total Fee Clause in Contracts

Total Fee. City agrees to pay Consulting Engineer/Architect an amount not to exceed one hundred thirty-nine thousand six hundred fifty-two dollars ($139,652), including reimbursables. The fee is based on the performance of the scope of services outlined in this Agreement, and shall be billed using hourly rates and equipment charges as set forth in Exhibit B attached herewith, plus direct expenses. All work shall be completed on or before July 15, 2011. Payment to Consulting Engineer/Architect shall not exceed the following percentages in each phase of the Project without prior written consent of City: Preliminary Design Phase $87,314.00 Final Design Phase $39,336.00 Bidding Phase $5,865.00 Construction Phase $7,137.00 TOTAL $139,652.00
