Tool Reimbursement for Mechanics. Mechanics who are required to supply their own tools shall be reimbursed up to one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) per calendar year, non-accumulative, for the purchase of pre-approved replacement tools that are broken or damaged in the performance of their duties. The Employer shall provide fire and theft insurance for Mechanic’s tools that are used in their work and are stored at the Employer’s facilities in the amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) per Mechanic. The insurance will include a deductible of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) payable by the employee.
