Toilet Facilities. A. The Contractor shall be allowed to use the existing toilet facilities in the building. However, if the Owner determines that the Contractor is not maintaining the facilities, then the use of the toilets can be revoked and the cost for temporary facilities shall be paid for by the Contractor.
