TO LICENSE AGREEMENT. Germantown Pike, Suite D-5, Norriton Office Center, Nxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx 00000 (hereafter, “Auxilium” or “Licensee”). Bentley and Auxilium may be referred to as a “Party” or, collectively, as “Parties.”
