Tissue. 4.8.1 Consistent with the rights granted in this Section 4, SB shall provide DiaDexus with reasonable access to its tissue collections for its internal research purposes in the field of Class I Dx Test(s), Class II Dx Test(s) and Class III Dx Test(s). Such tissues are SB Technology Know-How.

Tissue. Prior to accepting Abcam’s Purchase Order for the same, where human tissue or derivatives of human tissue are to be supplied as Products (this does not include proteins derived from human cell lines), Supplier shall conform with Abcam’s Ethics Policy and Applicable Laws. Supplier shall supply Abcam with a signed document acceptable to Abcam declaring the country of origin of any applicable Products, that informed consent has been obtained from any human donors in accordance with the requirements of any IRB or IEC, and stating that relevant biohazard testing of the Products has been performed.
Tissue. For purposes of this Agreement, the term "tissue" means bone, bone marrow, heart valves, skin, fascia, pericardium, nerve, tendon, cartilage, corneas/eyes, blood vessel and all other tissues as specified by applicable federal, state and local laws and/or regulations, and Joint Commission Standards or Det Norske Veritas Healthcare, Inc. ("DNV").

  • Speech Therapy This plan covers speech therapy services when provided by a qualified licensed provider and part of a formal treatment plan for: • loss of speech or communication function; or • impairment as a result of an acute illness or injury, or an acute exacerbation of a chronic disease. Speech therapy services must relate to: • performing basic functional communication; or • assessing or treating swallowing dysfunction. See Autism Services when speech therapy services are rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. The amount you pay and any benefit limit will be the same whether the services are provided for habilitative or rehabilitative purposes.

  • Insulin Insulin will be treated as a prescription drug subject to a separate copay for each type prescribed.

  • GARBAGE DISPOSAL, RECYCLING, AND BIODEGRADABLE MATERIALS A. Concessionaire shall be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Concession Premises. Concessionaire shall ensure placement of all garbage and trash generated by the Concession Operation in designated containers and that said containers are emptied daily, or as more frequently required by Department, at a location within the Area designated by Department. Disposal costs from this latter location shall be borne by Department. Concessionaire shall provide such additional trash containers as may be required to keep the immediate Concession Premises clean at all times. The type of trash containers provided by Concessionaire shall be approved by Department prior to use.

  • Medication 1. Xxxxxxx’s physician shall prescribe and monitor adequate dosage levels for each Client.

  • Diagnosis For a condition to be considered a covered illness or disorder, copies of laboratory tests results, X-rays, or any other report or result of clinical examinations on which the diagnosis was based, are required as part of the positive diagnosis by a physician.

  • Hepatitis B Vaccine Where the Hospital identifies high risk areas where employees are exposed to Hepatitis B, the Hospital will provide, at no cost to the employees, a Hepatitis B vaccine.

  • Vaccination and Inoculation (a) The Employer agrees to take all reasonable precautions, including in-service seminars, to limit the spread of infectious diseases among employees.

  • Animals The Hirer shall ensure that no animals (including birds) except guide dogs are brought into the premises, other than for a special event agreed to by the Village Hall. No animals whatsoever are to enter the kitchen at any time.

  • Diagnostic procedures to aid the Provider in determining required dental treatment.

  • Influenza Vaccine Upon recommendation of the Medical Officer of Health, all employees shall be required, on an annual basis to be vaccinated and or to take antiviral medication for influenza. If the costs of such medication are not covered by some other sources, the Employer will pay the cost for such medication. If the employee fails to take the required medication, she may be placed on an unpaid leave of absence during any influenza outbreak in the home until such time as the employee has been cleared by the public health or the Employer to return to the work environment. The only exception to this would be employees for whom taking the medication will result in the employee being physically ill to the extent that she cannot attend work. Upon written direction from the employee’s physician of such medical condition in consultation with the Employer’s physician, (if requested), the employee will be permitted to access their sick bank, if any, during any outbreak period. If there is a dispute between the physicians, the employee will be placed on unpaid leave. If the employee gets sick as a reaction to the drug and applies for WSIB the Employer will not oppose the application. If an employee is pregnant and her physician believes the pregnancy could be in jeopardy as a result of the influenza inoculation and/or the antiviral medication she shall be eligible for sick leave in circumstances where she is not allowed to attend at work as a result of an outbreak. This clause shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with the Ontario Human Rights Code.
