Timing of Payment; No Offsets. Each Party will pay all amounts due by such Party pursuant to this Agreement within 10 days after the date upon which each such statement that is required to be provided hereunder is received by such Party. Neither Party shall offset any amounts owing to it by the other Party or any of its Subsidiaries against amounts payable by such Party hereunder or any other agreement or arrangement. All timely payments under this Agreement shall be made without early payment discount.
