Timing of Establishment. The Trustees shall direct Manitoba to establish separate accounts and maintain separate accounting records for the Claims Account and Community Development Account in The Northern Affairs Fund upon settlement of the Trust.
Timing of Establishment. Within ten (10) business days of the Effective Date, Greenway shall deposit the remainder of the Aggregate Settlement Fund into an account.
