Common use of Timing and Place of Hearing Clause in Contracts

Timing and Place of Hearing. S A M P L E Subject to the arbitrator’s availability, the arbitration hearing will be commenced within 60 days of arbitrator selection. The selected arbitrator’s inability to schedule the arbitration hearing within 60 days will not disqualify that arbitrator from hearing the dispute.
