Times and Places of Meetings. The Board of Managers may hold meetings, both regular and special, either within or without the State of Delaware. The times and places for holding meetings of the Board of Managers may be fixed from time to time by resolution of the Board of Managers or (unless contrary to a resolution of the Board of Managers) in the notice of the meeting.
