Timely Completion. The Municipality shall complete the Work within the Term of this Agreement unless the Municipality requests an extension in writing and the County approves in writing such extension. Failure of Municipality to complete the Work within the time prescribed herein may result in Municipality’s forfeiture of any undisbursed Award.
