VAWA. Borrower shall ensure that core statutory protections of the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act (VAWA) of 2013 apply to applicants and tenants of the Project regardless of sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
VAWA. KHA adheres to each provision of the May 19, 2017, PIH-2017-08 Notice entitled: Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013 Guidance. KHA provides the required protections to applicants or tenants and provides an addendum packet of information for victims. Definitions are included within the packet.
