Herein; Including. The terms “herein,” “hereof,” “hereunder” or words of similar import shall be deemed to refer to this Agreement in its entirety unless otherwise specifically stated. Whenever the word “including”, “includes” or any variation thereof is used herein, such term shall be construed as a term of illustration and not a term of limitation. For example, the term “including” shall be deemed to mean “including, without limitation”, and the term “includes” shall be deemed to mean “includes, without limitation”.
Herein; Including. The words such as “herein,” “hereinafter,” “hereof,” and “hereunder” refer to this Agreement as a whole and not merely to a subdivision in which such words appear unless the context otherwise requires. The word “including” or any variation thereof means “including, without limitation” and shall not be construed to limit any general statement that it follows to the specific or similar items or matters immediately following it.
