Common use of TIME TO ADAPT Clause in Contracts

TIME TO ADAPT. To allow reasonable time for a Team Member selected for a World Cup or World Championship to adapt to the CA supplied bicycle, CA undertake to deliver the bicycle to the Team Member at least 25 days prior to the first day of the targeted major competition. Exemption will be granted should the delivery to the Team Member of the CA supplied bicycle not occur within the 25 days.
