Common use of Time The Grantee Clause in Contracts

Time The Grantee. must comply with all the time requirements described in this grant agreement. In the performance of this grant agreement, time is of the essence, and failure to meet a deadline may be a basis for a determination by the State's Authorized Representative that the Grantee has not complied with the terms of the grant. The Grantee is required to perform all of the duties recited above within the grant period. The State is not obligated to extend the grant period.
