Common use of Time Records Clause in Contracts

Time Records. Employers shall keep weekly time cards or time records on which shall clearly appear the employee’s full name and the last four (4) digits of the employee’s social security number, the job or job’s names, the hours worked each day on each job and total hours worked each week, showing total straight time hours, total overtime hours and the type of work performed. The employee shall sign the time card or time record, except where such records are kept electronically.
