Time Recording at Time Recording Terminals. The temporary worker is furnished a credit card-sized time recording device. This card is electronically readable and contains a unique card number which is assigned to the temporary worker in timeboard®. The temporary worker shall keep the card in his possession for the duration of the assignment. If the card is lost or becomes unusable, the Contractor branch in charge is to be informed immediately. The branch will promptly issue a new card. The card is not transferable. At the end of the assignment or the working relationship the card is to be returned to the Contractor branch in charge. The location and the position of the time recording terminals are agreed upon with the Client, made available centrally and communicated to the temporary worker before the start of their assignment. Clock-in or clock-out times are recorded by waving the card over the time recording terminal. The branch in charge of the temporary workers will explain the use of the timeboard® time recording terminals to them. The Client and the branch in charge shall immediately be notified of any defects of the TimeBoard® time recording terminals.

  • Tape-recording Trust authorizes the Custodian to tape record any and all telephonic or other oral instructions given to the Custodian by or on behalf of the Trust, including from any Authorized Person. This authorization will remain in effect until and unless revoked by the Trust in writing.   • Call Recording You acknowledge that we may record Client phone calls for quality control purposes.

  • Telephone Recording For service quality assurance and regulatory reasons, the Company and its subcontractors may record telephone calls made from and to its offices. You hereby agree that telephone calls made either by you or the Company may be recorded.
