Time Program Sample Clauses

The Time Program clause establishes a schedule or timeline for the completion of specific tasks or milestones within a contract. It typically outlines key dates, deadlines, and the sequence in which work is to be performed, often requiring the contractor to submit a detailed program for approval. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear understanding of the expected progress and timing, helping to coordinate activities and manage delays, thereby reducing the risk of disputes related to project timing.
