Time Program. The following terms and conditions of employment will apply to Part-Time Employees: SECTION 22.1 The terms and conditions of the Collective Agreement do not apply to Part-Time Employees unless specifically set out herein and the contractual entitlements of Part Time Employees are solely as set out in this Article 22. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing: (a) Part-Time Employees are not eligible for Benefits as set out in Article 18 or Pension as set out in Article 19. All Part-Time Employees employed as of the date of ratification will be entitled to full representation rights and access to the grievance procedure set out in Article 5. (b) Part-Time Employees are entitled to vacation, overtime and public holidays only in accordance with the Employment Standards Act, 2000. (c) There is no-shift premium for any Part Time Employees regardless of the shift worked. (d) Part-Time Employees do not accrue seniority but may accrue up to three hundred and sixty (360) hours towards the fulfillment of the Probationary Period set out in Article 7 of the Collective Agreement. In the event a Part- Time Employee becomes an Hourly Rated Employee the Part-time Employee will receive no credit for any other purposes for time during which the individual was employed as a Part-time Employee, except for the purposes of determining his/her entitlements under the Employment Standards Act, 2000. (e) In the event of a lay-off Part-Time Employees have no rights to recall.

(a) Part-Time Employees are not eligible for Benefits as set out in Article 18 17 or Pension as set out in Article 19. All Part-Time Employees employed as of the date of ratification will be entitled to full representation rights and access to the grievance procedure set out in Article 518.
(b) Part-Time Employees are entitled to vacation, overtime and public holidays only in accordance with the Employment Standards Act, 2000.
(c) There is no-a shift premium of $0.50 for any Part Time Employees regardless of the Employee who perform shift workedwork commencing after a 3:00 PM.
(d) Part-Time Employees do not accrue seniority but may accrue up to three hundred and sixty (360) hours 360)-hours towards the fulfillment of the Probationary Period set out in Article 7 of the Collective Agreement. (e) In the event of a lay-off Part-Time Employees have no rights to recall.
(f) Probationary Part-Time Employees will not have the right to file a grievance under the Collective Agreement, including but not limited to a grievance regarding the termination of the Probationary Part-Time Employee, and the Union agrees that it will not process any grievance on behalf of a Probationary Part-Time Employee unless the substance of the grievance is alleged discrimination in contravention of Article 1.6 of the Collective Agreement. All Part-Time Employees who successfully complete their Probationary Period pursuant to this Article 21 will be entitled to full representation rights and access to the grievance procedure set out in this Article 5.
(g) Part Time Employees will be paid the applicable hourly rate set forth in Article 13.
Article 21.2 The Company ha the right to schedule part-time employees in its sole and absolute discretion. Part time employees will have no guarantee or regular hours of work.
