Time Off Work. Elected officers and Stewards of the Union may apply for time off of up, to five (5) days each calendar year to attend educational programs which are specifically, designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of the officer in the performance of his or her Union duties. Each officer and/or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is required to request time off at least thirty (30) days prior to the program's scheduled date. The Hospital shall not unreasonably deny the request of the Union officer and/or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to attend an educational program.
