Common use of Time of Construction Phase Clause in Contracts

Time of Construction Phase. 10.16.1. Any prolonged construction phase services past the construction completion date defined in the Construction Contract, due in whole or in part to Architect’s failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement, shall be included in Basic Service.
