Time Frames. A. Any grievance, whether individual or a class action, must be brought to the attention of the Employer, consistent with the procedures set forth in this Article, within fifteen (15) working days of the effective date of the disputed action or inaction or the date the Employee is made aware of the action or inaction, whichever is later.
