Time for Meetings. 1. A free period of two (2) consecutive hours each week will be included in the master schedule to provide time for meetings of various organizations, including student organizations, campus committees and the Department Chairpersons’ Association, etc. The time to be assigned for the foregoing shall be discussed with the Association before the master schedule is finalized. 2. If a conflict develops between a scheduled meeting of the Department Chairpersons’ Association and other organizations and/or committees, those other organizations and/or committees shall have priority except that the Association shall be assigned first priority for one (1) meeting time every fourth week.
