Common use of Time Charter Assignment Clause in Contracts

Time Charter Assignment. If the Borrower enters into any Charter (subject to (if applicable) obtaining the consent of the Lender in accordance with Clause 13.12(b)), the Borrower shall, at the request of the Lender, execute in favour of the Lender a Charter Assignment in relation to such Charter, and shall deliver to the Lender such other documents equivalent to those referred to at paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of Part A of Schedule 2 as the Lender may require.

Time Charter Assignment. If the any Borrower enters into any Charter (subject to (if applicable) obtaining the consent of the Lender in accordance with Clause 13.12(b)), the relevant Borrower shall, at the request of the Lender, execute in favour of the Lender a Charter Assignment in relation to such Charter, and shall deliver to the Lender such other documents equivalent to those referred to at paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of Part A of Schedule 2 4 hereof as the Lender may require.
