Valuations binding. Any valuation under Clause 15.2, 15.3 or 15.4 shall be binding and conclusive as regards the Borrowers, as shall be any valuation which the Majority Lenders make of any additional security which does not consist of or include a Security Interest.
Valuations binding. Any valuation under this Clause 27 (Security Cover) shall be binding and conclusive as regards each Borrower.

The value of each Security and other Asset and the net worth of the Partnership as a whole determined pursuant to this Section 7.2 shall be, in the absence of bad faith or manifest error and/or subject to any audit verification, conclusive and binding on all of the Partners and all parties claiming through or under them.
